Direct Mail
To attract the attention of a target audience with an extremely high annual travel budget, we developed direct mail pieces that highlight Royal Caribbean as both a cruise company and destination expert. These mailers leveraged impactful imagery, inventive formatting, rich content, and distinct printing techniques. The expansive layout also allowed the opportunity to more elaborately detail features of the brand’s newest product, Coco Beach Club, an exclusive beach club at the cruise line’s private island, Perfect Day at CocoCay. To further ensure highly personalized messaging that focused on unique memory-making experiences instead of retail-focused offers, the pieces were segmented out to both families and couples.
